What is the quality of the prints?
The prints you will receive are printed on high quality paper with a luster finish and a linen texture. Keep in mind that our computers may vary on monitor calibration so some colors may differ slightly than what you seen online. You will receive your prints in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard backing to prevent the prints from bending.
Are the frames included?
Unfortunately, the frames are not included at this time.  They are simply to showcase the prints on a shelf or wall display for visual purpose and to share how to use different prints in a collection for grouping inspiration.
Do you offer Custom orders?
If you would like a custom order such as a larger print or canvas, please contact us.  I am happy to create something special for you.
When can I expect my order?
At this time we do not ship outside to US. All orders are custom printed and are processed within 14 business days.  Orders are shipped out once a week.  I am laid back beach girl and believe in work life balance.  Orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with available tracking and insurance.  I completely understand if you need orders sooner, rush delivery is available but there will be an additional fee.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order!
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and orders are processed once payment is received.
Do you have a refund/exchange policy?
Because all prints are printed like custom orders, please carefully consider your prints before ordering. As all prints are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Is my transaction secure?
We respect our customer’s personal and payment information and take the utmost responsibility of keeping your information safe very seriously.  We will never share or sell your information.  We collect your email and mailing information to complete your order properly.  Your payment is processed over a secure server.
How do you handle damaged orders?
We make sure to ship our prints in non-bendable photo protected mailer, however sometimes may still get damaged. If you receive your order damaged, please send us a picture and an email to elizabethfriskephotography@gmail.com so that we may send a replacement print. Damaged orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
